Always keeping my meals clean - Here is one of my usual lunch time meals. Easy to cook an quick to prepare.
250g of chicken, a sweet potato, asparagus with a hand full of almonds

Always love to focus on my abs...today's session goes like this:
Hanging leg raises. 3 sets. 10. 10. 10
Weighted rope pull down. 3 sets. 10. 10. 10
Incline bench leg raises. 3 sets. 15. 12. 10.
Hanging oblique crunches. 3 sets. 20 reps (10 a side).
Ab machine - 2 sets. Until failure.
Make sure you focus on your breathing and the 'crunching' of the abs. Technique is key!!! Good luck

Guys trying to strip down? I find the best way to burn calories at a high rate, during and after your workout is HIIT.
I like to get my Cardio done either on a morning or 15-20 mins after my weights.
Try this. 15 or 20 rounds either on the bike or treadmill.
45 seconds steady pace (level 5-7)
15 seconds FLAT OUT (level 15-20)
Repeat this 20 times. Gets a serious sweat on. Let me know how its goes...
