High Intensity Interval Training - HIIT
Guys trying to strip down? I find the best way to burn calories at a high rate, during and after your workout is HIIT.

I like to get my Cardio done either on a morning or 15-20 mins after my weights.
Try this. 15 or 20 rounds either on the bike or treadmill.
45 seconds steady pace (level 5-7)
15 seconds FLAT OUT (level 15-20)

Repeat this 20 times. Gets a serious sweat on. Let me know how its goes...  :)
