We are the Harrison twins and we have been training for more than 7 years now and broke into the fitness industry about 2 years ago, since then we have featured on fitness websites/blogs across the globe and had a feature in Muscle and Fitness Magazine.We are still longing for that cover of a fitnes…s magazine that i'm sure will come in the future as time is on our side.
Since the young age of 14 we have played for numerous football academies at a high level including Carlisle Utd, Bolton Wanderers and Morcambe FC so always had a high fitness levels and great Motivation.
At the age of 17 Owen joined the Royal Marines and Completed the hardest military Training course in the world in June 2008 and was Drafted to 45 Commando in Arbroath Scotland where he lived foe a few years. Royal Marines Commando fitness is different from any other fitness within the industry we are in, the fitness of a Commando is compared to that of a top flight athlete.
