My 6 year transformation! After consistently smashing the gym for 6 years here is a before and after pic! When I started I only dreamed of getting any where near the shape I am in today, I was tall skinny and didn't have the best genetics, but I believed in myself and stuck at it! I only plan to progress and better myself even more in the future, I am far from finished! If I can doit so can you!
