Abs Workout!!!
Always love to focus on my abs...today's session goes like this:

Hanging leg raises. 3 sets. 10. 10. 10
Weighted rope pull down. 3 sets. 10. 10. 10
Incline bench leg raises. 3 sets. 15. 12. 10.
Hanging oblique crunches. 3 sets. 20 reps (10 a side).
Ab machine - 2 sets. Until failure.

Make sure you focus on your breathing and the 'crunching' of the abs. Technique is key!!! Good luck  :)
