Posing
On Saturday I travelled to London to meet WBFF Pro John Ryan Baptise to go over my posing routine for the Miami Pro Universe competition.
Ryan was really professional and had a lot to teach. I'm looking forward to putting this into practise and bringing something new to the stage. Working hard in the gym and dieting for all those weeks will be pointless if I don't have good confident stage presence!
