Midnight shoulder session

Last night got in the gym for 10pm, after having a super long day filming for Oreo. I couldn't let a shoulder session go a miss as it's my favourite session, ended up leaving at midnight.
The shoulders are such an important muscle to train. They are the most visible muscle from where ever you look. Have good shoulders gives you that wider v-shape, but don't forget to train your rear delt! Most people neglect this muscle, but this is what will give you a much fuller filled out look!
