So on the left see's me at 12/13% bodyfat after a long off season, on the right is myself 1 week out from my first ever
UKBFF Physique compeition. Crazy to see what can happen to the body with absolute 100% focus and determination.
Can't wait to be involved in more competitions next year looking todo 3/4 with hopefully some finals in there.
I placed 2nd in this years UKBFF Junior Physique Flex Lewis Championships.
