Up super early, morning cardio before breakfast. Gets the metabolism going and keeps burning fat throughout the day!
45 minutes on the bike and the legs have pumped up.

Just received a phone call from a researcher asking for myself to come down and film a Oreo Commercial on Thursday 5th. As far as I know its a massive million pound house, and based on a pool party. Will Tweet and Instagram pictures of the place when I'm there!

So this morning got up early and headed up to The Snow Centre. Got the Boots on and headed out on the slope! Training in short turns to keep the heart rate up and burning some extra fat by the body try to consistently keep me warm. Stepping it up, to the gym later for a heavy session on back!

Morning Cardio done this morning, Got up early jumped in the car to the gym. It was lovely and empty which meant I could get straight on the bike. I took two T5 fat strippers to help me burn the excess fat! After 45 mins finished dripping with sweat, I left ready to grab some breakfast.

Just booked a little cheeky get away to Marbella to go do some filming with 'The Only Way Is Essex'! Looking forward to showing these boys Some proper training!
