Recently iv'e been very sick so iv'e had no time to make posts. I'm expected to make a full recovery within a few weeks. I'll post progression then

I switched up my routine to include Dumbbell bench press (12x5), and weighted crunches inbetween dumbbell reps (10x5) to try to build up my chest more. Hopefully my goal of 175 will be reached soon.
